The Estate of George & Cheryl Sanders We are honored to present to you one of the most important auctions that you will have ever attended in 2006. For a time, Mr. Sanders was the largest independent antiques dealer in the State of Michigan. Sanders was the successful owner of 'Sanders Antiques' on historic Michigan Avenue in Wayne, Michigan. Due to downsizing, Mr. Sanders has made the difficult decision to end his amazing FOUR DECADES in the antiques business and chose the American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company to handle this delicate estate. This particular auction is truly overwhelming with quality antiques, premium glass showcases, vehicles and much more. For the most part, 95% of this auction will be SOLD REGARDLESS OF PRICE which will provide both the public and the antiques dealer an optimal opportunity to secure some quality vintage treasures in a short period of time. Understand that due to the quantity of this one day auction, we will break this auction into two separate auction rings to ensure the speediest liquidation of this prime estate as possible. Much of this auction will be held outdoors, regardless of the weather conditions so please be sure to dress appropriately during this rapidly moving auction. For this special auction, we are bringing in our friend and colleague, Michael Hoffman, CES, to work the second ring of this auction. Make plans to attend! We'll see you there and remember to dress appropriately.
